A PASSION FOR DANCE
From a very young age, I always knew that dance and performance were an absolute passion of mine. The journey of stepping into the world of dance as a beginner, developing confidence, improving technique, making new friends to then having the opportunity to perform, compete and feel like a star! Now, I am passionate about giving every child that opportunity to be themselves and to shine!
ABOUT ME
My name is Teya and I am delighted to also be the Director of Tee J Studios. Dance, Gymnastics and the Arts have always been a part of my life that I am incredibly proud of.
I have years of teaching, learning and coaching experience working with both children and adults. I have taught in a variety of settings across the UK and in Cyprus where I directed staff to lead Kids Clubs and performances for Guests from all over the world. This role also involved teaching Water Aerobics, Yoga classes and even Fire Shows!
I always felt supported, encouraged and free to be myself during classes growing up, and that is an environment I pride myself on creating at Tee J Studios. Starting from just one class a week in June 2021, to seeing the overwhelming positivity and growth ever since, I am so excited to continue this journey, meeting and inspiring lots of new people on the way!
